Our client is an up and coming cloud computing startup funded by Sequoia Capital. They offer a disruptive SaaS enabling Enterprise technical sales and training activities to take place in the cloud enabling productivity, and improved ROI. The current account base includes Cisco, SAP, VMware, McAfee, and HP. These are reference accounts and repeat customers with annual spend with over $100K+ each.
Drive entire sales process for assigned territory - from defining target customers, warm calling, and qualifying through the successful close of specific deals.
Desired Experience and Skill Set:
-- Five+ years of enterprise and/or IT solution sales experience for established and start-up companies driving and closing small to medium enterprise deals
-- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue
-- Proven consultative solution sales skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
-- Understanding of presales software process in Enterprise world (Sales Process, Evaluations, Decision Makers, Channels)
-- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customer and internal team members/colleagues and work as part of an innovative start-up team
-- Proven ability to represent a startup or smaller company and sell C-Level across Sales, Marketing, & IT business functions in small and mid-size ISVs or Enterprises; SaaS experience is a plus
