This territory is a top producing one and includes large, existing accounts in the "grain belt" region of the US. Territory has produced $5M in recent years. Territory will include Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Kansas and surrounding areas.
Computer-Aided Engineering software is growing at a phenomenal rate. An industry research firm estimates CAE spending Is about 25% of total spending for the PLM market, growing faster than CAD sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling software to manufacturers. You will be responsible for following up leads from Marketing and Inside Sales, prospecting and penetrating accounts, hosting demand generation workshops supported by the company, supporting trade shows and most importantly, achieving sales targets and strategic goals. You will also be responsible for managing an installed base of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and the renewal and growth of those contracts.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, time management and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. US citizenship is preferred, as some accounts will more easily be supported as a result.
