Aerospace Sales Manager

The Aerospace Sales Manager will manage the sale of Engineering Analysis/Simulation software products to new and existing customers in North America. You will have responsibilities for two representatives to start and also grow the team through regional hires.

Key skills include:

-- Top achiever with a proven track record in sales of engineering software products
-- Strong technical ability with background in EDA, MCAE, or related technology
-- Possession of ROLODEX of contacts from the Aerospace Industry
-- Ability to qualify and develop new businesses quickly while teaching, coaching and motivating direct sales force reps.
-- Direct sales management experience with proven success versus annual quotas. Ability to maintain a small personal quota.
-- Ability to travel each week
-- Presentation, oral and written communication skills must be outstanding
-- BS/BA required (Engineering experience is a plus)
-- A high degree of self motivation and the ability to multi-task
-- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Greencard).

Developing and implementing the strategy to achieve the highest possible top line growth and renewal revenue from channel partners in UK/EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

1. Double sales through channel partners by the end of FY2016
2. Improve and retain Channel partner renewal rate
3. Identify and qualify potential new channel partners
4. Develop the tools to attract, make effective and retain top channel partners.
5. Make joint calls with partners to develop new target territories.

1. Proven background in running channel programs
2. Strong background in engineering software
3. Ability to travel 25%+
4. Ability to speak and write in languages in addition to English highly desirable
