Team Manager, SAAS Project Implementations

We are seeking a Team Manager, Software Project Implementations for a company engaged with providing advanced Accounts Receivable Solutions (Revenue Cycle Management) in a SAAS environment. You will build, lead and manage a tight-knit team as they implement our client's system. As part of the process you and your group will also work closely with allied departments within the company, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our clients.

The successful candidate must have 5+ years of progressive leadership and 8+ years of experience in complex project management, coordination and problem solving. The job will require extensive professional interaction with customers, internal stakeholders, and strong leadership and relationship building skills. You will be organized, detail oriented, flexible and have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. In particular, the ability to effectively lead your team and hit all project milestones is paramount!

Required Skills:Ê
Significant leadership experience of both technical and non-technical individuals in complex application software implementations
A background and experience in healthcare billing and/or healthcare related software and systems is a plus.
Significant software systems installations experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
Experience in a fast paced/high growth environment and culture.
Excellent communication skills with people at all organizational levels.
The ability to have fun and work hard at the same time.
BA/BS in Business, Healthcare, IT/Mgt, MIS, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional Client Success Manager with a solid understanding of the medical billing and reimbursements process and innovative software medical billing/reimbursements systems. Your knowledge of medical reimbursement as it relates to the healthcare world (including compliance, OIG regulations and insurance industry practices) will build great relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you must have analytical and problem solving skills, multi-tasking ability and the talent to problem solve effectively and promptly. In addition, you must be self motivated, a self-starter, and posses that "can do" attitude. Our preference is for solid diagnostic laboratory or extensive related healthcare industry experience!

Job Duties:
Coordinate financial reports that highlight key metrics for client profitability.
Analyze and review customer financial packages and AR metrics.
Develop comparative metrics that are meaningful and helpful to clients.
Provide customer with system & workflow expertise for desk level procedures.
Assess and assist in defining customer training needs and delivery options.
