North American Regional Manager
This key position will manage the North American team's sale of Engineering Software products to new and existing customers in with an emphasis on working with named national manufacturers. You will have responsibilities for developing even stronger relationships for the sale of software to key accounts within the electronics, aerospace, and automotive industries. Public company with large installed base to leverage.
You have the responsibility for six representatives working a pipleline of existing, mature, customer relationships that is expected to yield strong results for the year while you continue to manage new business opportunities. You will have responsibility for six sales executives in various locations throughout the United States.
-- Top achiever with a proven track record of managing sales of engineering software products
-- Technical awareness and experience with background in CAD, CAE, Simulation or related technology
-- Presentation, oral and written communication skills must be outstanding
-- BS/BA required (Engineering experience is a plus)
-- A high degree of self motivation and the ability to multi task
-- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Greencard).
-- Must have experience managing at least four or more sales representatives with revenue in excess of $8M
-- Travel approximately 50%
-- No more than three jobs in the past eight years
-- Position may be located in any major US city
