The primary focus will be on working to support the sales team in their endeavor to sell Electronics Cooling and Data Center Management software.
¥ Technical support of complex sales opportunities from initial identification to close

¥ Demonstrate products/services through face to face and phone/web contact

A secondary focus will be to maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and feedback information to company for product/service improvement.
¥ Maintain a relationships via regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visit
¥ Alert clients to new or improved products/services
¥ Relay client feedback to product development staff
¥ Grow sales opportunities in existing customer base

Sales Representative

This position requires a sales representative that has strong technical background related to mechanical or electronic engineering disciplines. Your knowledge of CFD or Thermal Analysis is a plus. The ideal candidate is now, or has formerly been an Application Engineer or Technical Consultant. A firm grasp of technical concepts and applications is a must for this job.

The primary focus will be on new business sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
¥ Manage potentially complex sales opportunities from initial identification to close
¥ Contact and visit prospective customers to determine needs
¥ Create and present business and technical material to match company's products/services with identified needs
¥ Sell products/services through face to face and phone/web contact
¥ Remain knowledgeable of company's products/services to facilitate sales and marketing efforts
¥ Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required

REQUIREMENTS:
¥ Candidates must have a proven successfulÊtrack record of sales experience within the engineering software industry
¥ 3+ years sales experience in selling enterprise wide engineering solutions.
¥ Experience calling on and building relationships with sales prospects at all levels of the organization including engineering personnel, senior management and ÒCÓ level executives
¥ Proven ability to generate sales opportunities through the use of various prospecting techniques.
¥ Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
¥ Proven track record of consultative sales process, and ability to drive over $1.0M in sales per year.
¥ Large account management experience.
¥ Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required, MBA desirable.
¥ Familiarity and established relationships with accounts in the territory desirable

Regional Sales Representative

Publicly traded leading developer and supplier of Engineering Analysis software is seeking a sales representative to develop new-name accounts and manage existing account relationships in the Southeast region. Territory will include both managing existing accounts and securing new name business in TN, AL, and MS.

Firm has achieved rapid growth and profitability and the stock is on the rise!

The Sales Representative is responsible for direct sales of OEM products.

Primary responsibilities include exceeding sales plans and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining existing business, securing new business, generating new leads, scheduling demonstrations, managing product evaluations, organizing seminars and attending trade shows.

Specific requirements include::

¥ BS in Engineering preferred.
¥ Successful history of selling technical software solutions to engineering designers and engineering management.
¥ Experience in selling to major markets within the Mechanical Engineering Analysis/Simulation software industry.
¥ Strong communication skills, effective time management, and organizational skills are essential.
¥ Highly motivated self-starter that enjoys the opportunity to work independently.
¥ Travel is required.
